We all arrived safely at the resort yesterday. Amanda, Sam and I from SFO and my crazy wife Kari, from Cancun. The resort is all sustainable. It is 100% solar and the weather has been stormy. They were concerned about no power. The people and food are incredible. People extremely nice, food all homemade and grown local. The Army and Marines came through yesterday with their rifles, that was unsettling. This is a different place from home. At night the jungle on the coast came alive. It made for an early evening. There were bugs that sounded like the horns at the world cup.
That is all for now, the Internet (satellite and solar) is spotty at best.
